Indigo 4Ms in the community

The Indigo 4Ms in the community project will help older people learn about and use the Indigo 4Ms tool. This project will bring older people and local community organisations together to develop resources and strategies aligned with the Indigo 4Ms tool.

Community action groups will be formed in four communities across north-east Victoria:

These groups will work together over 18 months to review and identify existing local resources, and create opportunities, resources, or activities to help people flourish in later life using the Indigo 4Ms tool.

The John Richards Centre for Rural Ageing Research will assist the groups in their work and evaluate whether this approach improves local collaborations and older people’s capability to be healthy.

Proudly supported by State Trustees Australia Foundation thanks to generous bequests and donations www.statetrustees.com.au
